Eric shares his personal revelation about his new life cycle based on the art of numerology.  The coaches then discuss their interesting insights into their numerology journey, citing books, teachers, movies, and experiences working with it.

They share personal experiences and insights on navigating life changes, the power of self-discovery, and the value of surrounding oneself with supportive relationships. 

The discussion emphasizes the journey of understanding oneself and finding freedom in solitude, while also reflecting on the lessons learned through life's cycles and stepping out of your comfort zone to step into your best life.
